Our minimum order is 500€ (tax exempt)


Orders must be made through our B2B Ecommerce platform. You must be registered, please if you are not, register HERE. Once you place an order please proceed for the payment via Bank Transfer (Bank details will be detailed on the checkout). All orders must be paid before the shipment and payments must be received prior to shipping. Orders not paid within 2 weeks will be subject to order cancellation.


We are constantly updating our inventory and product line. As such, products are subject to availability. If a product is not in stock, it will take up to 21 days to produce it. We will inform you once the order is placed and will give you an estimate delivery date. Once your order is ready, you will be notified and it will automatically.


Orders are usually shipped within 4-6 business days after the order is processed. Shipping costs will be calculated once you place your order and included in your final invoice. We offer free shipping in orders over (900€ in Spain, 1.500€ in EU, 2.500€ worldwide). 


All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. In case you receive a damaged product, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please contact hello@walkwithmebrand.com to report, including images of the damaged products. We will proceed to ship you a new item as an exchange of the damaged product.


We truly believe our retailers are our partners. If you are interested on getting Area exclusivity please contact with us: pablo@walkwithmebrand.com and we will inform you of the MOQ to get an exclusivity. This means you will be the only store in 25km radius to have stock of our products, so you will be treated as a Walk with me Flagship Store, so if any of our potential clients are interested on seeing our products physically, you would be the only place to see them.
